Is Netflix still working with … ?

As Netflix cracks down on its own customers and started blocking users which secure their internet connection and their privacy with VPN or expats who use SmartDNS, more and more users ask us: Which provider still works and which is blocked by Netflix already?

Which VPN or SmartDNS provider do you use and can you unblock Netflix US or UK from outside these countries? Or do you have problems since Netflix started its evil blocking campaign? Please share your experience with the Netflix community.
